OCA ALUMNI

This is homecoming week and it culminates in the homecoming game tonight on our home field which is located at Bennington Elementary School, 11620 N 156th St., Bennington, NE 68007, at 7:00 pm.  Come and connect with fellow Alumni.

PARENT/TEACHER CONFERENCES

Sign-up for Parent/Teacher Conferences by going to Sycamore Education. The link is located in the top right corner of the News Page.  PS-6th grade should schedule one 15 minute conference ONLY with your students main teacher. 7th-12th grade should schedule a 15-minute conference with each of your student’s teachers.

Parent/Teacher Conferences are Tuesday, October 11th (4:00-8:00pm) & Wednesday, October 12th (4:00-8:00pm).

FUNDRAISING APPROVAL PROCESS

Do you want to do a fundraiser for OCA?

Here are the 3 steps to get a fundraiser approved:

1. First, click on the link below and answer 5 or 6 simple questions: Fundraiser Approval Form.
2. Second, send Tim Neal an email at [email protected] to let him know that you have filled out the fundraiser questionnaire.  
3. Lastly, once he has reviewed the fundraiser, he will either give approval, follow up for more information or deny approval.  

Come join fellow OCA families for a Fall family evening at Skinny Bones in Blair. 

Date: Thursday, October 6th - 5:30-9:00 PM

Location: 3935 State Highway 133, Blair, NE 68008

Details: Wear your OCA apparel and join us for an evening of family fun, fellowship and community. 

Cost: $12.95/ person. 2 years and under is Free. All attractions are included in the ticket price. Cash or credit card accepted at the ticket booth.

Representatives from these universities will be at OCA during these times:

• Tuesday, Sept. 27th - Dordt University (during lunch)

Elementary Basketball Signups

Students were given signup sheets for elementary basketball this winter. Families interested in Basketball this season should sign and return the forms soon. They can be returned to the office or to Mr. Thompson
