Hurricane Recovery Volunteers Needed

In the aftermath of Hurricane Dorian, we anticipate that there will be opportunities on the horizon for folks who would like to participate in the work of recovery and volunteer their time. As we learn about these opportunities, they will be shared in News & Notes and on our diocesan website. In the meantime, there are still hundreds of people in Sampson and Pender Counties who have not recovered from Hurricane Florence. Unfortunately the number of work teams have significantly decreased over time.

If you or someone from your parish is interested in forming a group and planning a work day, reach out to Daniel Cenci via email or phone: 910-305-5976

Interactive Deanery Map

As a reference, we have created a map on Google Maps listing all worshiping communities in our diocese. They are also color coded according to deanery. If you download the Google Maps app on your phone, you can open the map there in addition to opening it in your browser.

Not only is this a quick way to see which parishes are a part of what deanery, but it also allows you to get directions to each parish, should you need them. Click here to access the interactive deanery map.
