Second Chances Farm has leased a 47,417 sq. ft. warehouse at
3030 Bowers Street in Wilmington, Delaware.
Rich Dudek represented the landlord, ServiceSource, Inc., in the lease negotiations.
Will Minster represented Second Chances Farm in securing the long-term lease. The one-story warehouse is being converted into an eco-friendly plant factory with the installation of indoor hydroponic vertical farming system that will grow pesticide-free and herbicide-free produce.
