Downtown Business District Welcomes Dunkin'
|
|
The City of Wilmington recently celebrated the grand opening of a new Dunkin' location at
701 N Market Street in Wilmington, DE. Patterson-Woods associate
Will Minster represented the landlord in the lease of this 2,232 sq. ft. retail space. The Dunkin' owners, Bhupan and Fulgani Patel, commemorated the opening during a ribbon cutting ceremony with Mayor Mike Purzcycki.

The restaurant, opening midsummer, will feature seafood offerings served by robots. "We believe Captain Crab and Seafood will bring a new product to this area and will be well-received by the community," said Latina.

Marvin Sachs represented the seller, Orthodox Adas Kodesch Shel Emeth Congregation, Inc., in the sale of a 31,190 sq. ft. building at
4412 Washington Boulevard in Wilmington, Delaware to New Mount Olive Baptist Church for $1.7 million. Built in 1962, with an expansion in 1973, this well-built structure offers a 3-story educational and administrative wing and small chapel with a library as well as a main sanctuary with an alter that spans more than 220 feet. The building was designed by celebrated architect Percival Goodman.
