El Diablo Opens Fifth Delaware Location
Patterson-Woods Principal Joseph Latina represented El Diablo Burritos, a Delaware-based fast-casual Mexican restaurant, in the lease of their fifth location. El Diablo now occupies a 1,980 sq. ft. retail space at 837 N Market Street, situated near Brew Haha!, Masala Kitchen, and Chelsea Tavern. Latina has been the exclusive tenant broker for El Diablo since they opened their Branmar Plaza location in North Wilmington.

Latina is currently the Treasurer of CORFAC International and chairs their Affiliation and Development Committee.
