NOTICE! Annual Conference 2020 Cancelled & Workshops To Be Delivered ONLINE
Due to health concerns related to Covid19, we have cancelled our June 19th Annual Conference in Belfast. We will be providing the same workshops through online interactive webinars to members and those who renew membership for 2020-2021.

Membership Renewal Provides Access to 8+ Online Workshops

Please renew your membership & join us!

MCDA will deliver nine professional development workshops previously planned for the Annual Conference on June 19th. Workshops will be offered to MCDA members and scheduled from May to August on varying days and times to accommodate attendees. Current members will have access from now until July 1. Members will need to renew membership between now and June to have access to the entire suite of workshops. Our team will notify you about the schedule via email and on our website very shortly.
A big shout out and thank you to the conference presenters who have generously agreed to deliver their workshops to you online!

The COVID-19 pandemic brings career, financial, medical, mental health, and logistical challenges for our clients. As independent practitioners, we can make a major, positive impact in others’ lives during this crisis by examining the sub-roles of a career development professional. These roles, or “HATS,” are Helper/Healer, Advisor, Teacher, and Strategist. Click on the title or below to read more.

We are also taking registrations for the Facilitating Career Development (FCD) class. Next one begins April 10th and runs through August. This is a hybrid course with 5 “live” classes that will be available totally online using zoom.
