We recently celebrated the grand reopening of Instant Imprints Smyrna, proudly owned by Smyrna residents and active community members, Heather and Burke Scott.
The reopening marks a new chapter for the business under local ownership and reflects a continued commitment to serving Smyrna’s business community. Heather and Burke marked the occasion by bringing together local support, refreshments from area partners, and opportunities for networking among community members, business owners, and organizations.
Instant Imprints Smyrna provides custom printing, signage, and branding services for local businesses and organizations, and under new ownership will continue to serve as a resource for the community. Burke is also the owner of Smyrna Vinings Lifestyle Magazine; he’s a Smyrna Business Association Board Member and previously served as the 2025 Smyrna Business Association President.
We’re excited to welcome Heather, Burke, and Instant Imprints Smyrna into this next chapter and look forward to their continued presence in Smyrna’s business community.

Rev Coffee Roasters Launches Artist-Designed Capsule Apparel Collection with 100% of Profits Supporting Local Artists
Rev Coffee Roasters has released its first capsule T-shirt collection featuring original artwork by local artists Chris Noosh, Jeremy Townsend, known professionally as Jert, and Ian Evarts.
The capsule collection was inspired by Rev owner Nick Bimmerle's longtime love for concert merchandise and the café's commitment to showcasing local art since 2007. Each of the three featured artists has strong ties to the metro Atlanta and Smyrna communities. Artists were selected through recommendations from the Smyrna Arts Council, local leaders and Rev staff.
One hundred percent of profits from each shirt sold go directly to the artists. Only a limited number of shirts have been printed and are available for purchase exclusively at Rev Coffee's Smyrna café, 1680 Spring Road SE.

FruiTea Bubbles Café
Tea time with Caribbean flavors
Meet Lisa Lindsay, founder of FruiTea Bubbles Café, longtime Cobb County resident, and entrepreneur with a passion for community. Inspired by her British-Caribbean roots, her parents, and the traditions that shaped her childhood, Lisa transformed her love of teas, smoothies, and handcrafted drink mixes into one of Downtown Smyrna’s most vibrant gathering spots for all ages.
What began as making juices and drink mixes for friends, parties, and community events grew into FruiTea Bubbles Café in 2021. Today, FruiTea is known for its fruit and milk teas, signature brown sugar boba, popping pearls, and sweet treats - all served in a colorful, energetic atmosphere. From festive music to the café’s signature “It’s Tea Time!” call, every visit offers a memorable experience. They also regularly host sip-and-paint pop-ups, and more.
Beyond the café, Lisa is a Leadership Cobb graduate, multiple Cobb Chamber small business award recipient, and grant recipient. She and the FruiTea team are also active community volunteers, regularly supporting Keep Smyrna Beautiful and recently earning the organization’s Rookie of the Year award for their service.

Meet Mike and Ruth Kervin, husband-and-wife owners of L&L Hawaiian Barbecue. Deeply connected to the Smyrna community, the pair brought their shared love of food, hospitality, and Hawaiian culture together to introduce the traditional Hawaiian barbecue plate lunch experience to the area.
Mike spent years working alongside growing food and consumer brands, while always hoping to eventually open a franchise of his own. For Ruth, the connection was even more personal - having grown up in Hawaii, the flavors and spirit behind L&L felt familiar from the start. Once the two experienced the story behind the brand together, they knew it was something they wanted to bring to Smyrna.
Today, L&L serves up hearty island-inspired comfort food full of bold flavors and generous portions, while creating a welcoming atmosphere that reflects the warmth and hospitality behind the Hawaiian plate lunch tradition.
