Celebrated Our Graduates

Councilwoman Mercedes Narcisse participated in a host of graduations in our district last week. Councilwoman Narcisse attended the ceremonies of PS 312, PS 279, PS 194, PS 114, PS 268, PS 272, PS 115 and more.

"This is one of my favorite times of year. I am able to celebrate with the students, parents and school staff the awesome achievements of these future leaders," said Councilwoman Narcisse. "I wish all the students continued success and hope all the kids and school staff have safe, happy and restful summer vacations. They deserve it."

Swore in the Board Members of the MPCA

At last week's Marine Park Community Association's (MPCA) Councilwoman Mercedes Narcisse swore in the new board members.

"It was my pleasure and honor to swear in the new leadership team of the Marine Park Community Association," said Councilwoman Narcisse. "Associations like MPCA are the backbone of our district. As always, I urge you all to attend your local civic/block association/community board meetings and help us build a strong and resilient district that will work together to improve the quality of life of all residents."

Cleaned Up Our District with Brooklyn Greenway Initiative

The rain held off enough on Saturday for Councilwoman Mercedes Narcisse to get in some good clean-up time with the Brooklyn Greenway Initiative.

"I thank Brooklyn Greenway Initiative for their efforts to develop and keep clean the Brooklyn Waterfront Greenway. I had a great time helping out this morning and thank all the volunteers who came out to help keep our community clean," said Councilwoman Narcisse.

the 1st & 3rd Tuesday of each month

Next Date - Tuesday, July 18, 2023 (No bus on July 4)

You can apply for your Senior Half Fare MetroCard ! Please bring proof of age (65+) photo I.D required. You can also add money to any NYC MetroCard/OMNY on this bus.
