Welcome to Our New Board Members

We’re thrilled to introduce four outstanding leaders who have joined our Board of Directors! Their expertise, vision, and dedication will help drive our mission forward. Each of them brings a wealth of experience and fresh perspectives to our organization. Please join us in welcoming:

Jenny Bodelson

Jenny Bodelson has been a proud supporter and volunteer of JCCB since high school. With over 15 years of experience at Farmers Insurance, where she serves as Community Champion for Kansas City offices, Jenny is passionate about community engagement. She’s written grants, organized large-scale non-profit events, and for the past three years, has co-chaired the Festival of Trees, boosting JCCB’s support year after year.

Jenny is excited to help JCCB continue its mission to support hardworking communities. Her experience in volunteerism, grant writing, and event management will help JCCB grow and evolve into the future.

Jamie Davis

Jamie Davis is an attorney specializing in real estate, compliance, and business development. With experience at Walmart and AMC Theatres, she has expertise in negotiating, drafting, and managing compliance programs.

Passionate about addressing poverty, Jamie believes her skills can drive lasting change at JCCB. As a Board member, she aims to be a catalyst for positive change, fostering collaboration and growth while helping raise awareness about poverty and securing sustainable resources to support impactful programs.

Diana Watt

Diana has experienced the joy and sense of community that JCCB provides through her volunteer work. As a Board member, she is eager to collaborate with like-minded individuals and raise awareness for an organization that shares her values of appreciating every person and serving those in need.

As a Board member, Diana aims to utilize her connections as Real Estate Agent and background in commercial interior design to spread the word about JCCB and build donor partnerships. She also plans to leverage her Toastmasters skills to speak to different organizations and help organize events like the Festival of Trees and the holiday shop.

Tony Welter

Tony has been with Henderson Engineers since 2001, now serving as Grocery & Distribution Sector Executive. With a background as Director of Refrigeration and Grocery Practice Director, Tony uses his industry expertise to lead successful projects for some of the world's largest companies.
