Community Stories - Jesuit College Preparatory School Seniors

For the past five years, Jesuit seniors have delivered exceptional service at Aunt Bette’s Community Pantry. Since the pandemic, these students have been steadfast in their commitment to serving our community by helping families load boxes of food into their vehicles during the drive-thru distribution. Rain, sleet, or snow, they never wavered, showing up week after week.

Each Wednesday during the school year, the seniors dedicate their time to assisting clients with shopping and keeping the pantry stocked. The Jesuit seniors have truly become a thriving group of "men for and with others." Their consistent commitment is greatly appreciated.

Her presentation received commendations from members of the audience saying "I've been in the enrollment world for more than 20 years and feel like I've attended a million conference sessions. Yours was easily one of the best sessions I've been a part of - organized, succinct, clear, actionable - I came away with very specific ideas on how to better the application review process at my school!"

Congrats Darnetta for being a leader in your industry! St. Philip's is blessed to have you.
