STAR Graduation
On March 22 nd , nine individuals graduated from the Support Team for Addiction Recovery (STAR) Program at our Toms River location. The graduates have worked hard to rebuild their lives, most for up to a year, by giving back to the community through regular volunteering, securing employment, enrolling in school, improving family relationships, obtaining driver’s licenses and becoming recovery peers. We congratulate them on their success and wish them the best in their recovery.

Integrity's Toms River location has been the Ocean County STAR since 2018. The STAR Program offers case management, recovery support and community linkages to Ocean County residents with opioid use disorder.

MAT Expansion
In Fall 2018, Integrity House secured $1.5 million of competitive, federal funding from the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA) to expand medication-assisted treatment (MAT) delivery through 2020. Since the start of the grant award in January, 14 Integrity House residential program participants have enrolled in the MAT grant expansion program.

Integrity House offers all forms of MAT. Currently, more than 70 individuals in our programs are working to rebuild their lives with the help of MAT.

Hope One Newark
Through a partnership among the City of Newark, Mental Health Association of Essex & Morris and Integrity House, Newark Residents are receiving addiction treatment and support services from a mobile access center. The Hope One Newark van is out on Mondays from 9 am to 2 pm .

Celebrity Read Day
On February 15 th , Integrity House staffers were celebrity readers at the Harriet Tubman school in celebration of the 30th anniversary of Celebrity Read Day.
NARCAN Trainings
There will be free NARCAN trainings at Integrity's Harrison A. Williams Academy ( 1091 -1093 Broad St., Newark ) at 12:30 pm on Mon. , 4/29 , 6/24 and 7/29 . Participants will receive a free NARCAN kit. Registration is mandatory.
