The August Strong Tower Radio newsletter, giving dynamic ministry updates and thought-provoking articles, has been mailed and is available via STR.fm.

A free supper will be offered at 6:30 p.m.

The first is the fastest, most effective donation by giving directly via a mailed check, calling in a donation, or donating on our website at StrongTowerRadio.org. This allows you to designate a station or support the whole radio network through a one-time or recurring donation.

Second, if your church board votes Strong Tower Radio as an entity that will receive and disburse funds from, you may give through your local church's Strong Tower Radio account in the offering envelope or via Adventist Giving. You can designate your local station operation and/or the building of a new transmitter, or all the STR stations.

The third way is by giving to the Michigan Conference "Radio Expansion" fund with a tithe envelope or via your church's Adventist Giving online.

Many with professional certifications must pursue extensive continuing education annually to maintain their skills in their employment field. Do we expect less from our Christian faith profession? When

we say we have faith, shall it be tested only

once, then certified as valid for the rest of our lives? Our faith profession certainly does require continuing education to not only

maintain faith levels but also to grow further!

Your Strong Tower Radio team can certainly attest to the ongoing faith education through which God continues to lead us. This week during our staff meeting, we learned that $6,000 in unpaid expenses were due, for which STR didn’t have sufficient funds to pay. We pray for God’s providence daily; this was another head-on test of faith. Would we

trust God, even to the feeling level, surrendering our emotions about the stressful circumstance?

Later that same day, we received the mail, and it included some 30 donations that totaled $6,000.

How did God do that? He moved upon the hearts of 30 people like you, days in advance of our need, and impressed each to give. Several of His many promises comes to mind: “...before they call, I will answer…and “Call upon Me and I will answer, and show you great and mighty things, which you know not.”

(Isa 65:24 excerpt, Jer 33:3)

Praise God for all who are quick to hear the Holy Spirit’s prompting and respond with needed action!! Recently we learned

that someone who has been listening to STR’s Kalamazoo signal has been attending church at Paw Paw each Sabbath. Glory to God for early signs of fruit, for this station has not yet one year of broadcasting the

Three Angels’ Messages!!
