New Employee
Welcome to our new receptionist Tracy White who joined us full time in mid-January! In her role, she will often be the first team member our clients interact with when they call our office or visit in person.
Tracy grew up in Omaha and graduated from the University of Nebraska at Lincoln with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication Studies and Political Science. After college she was a buyer for Von Maur in Davenport, Iowa. She has also owned and operated a Farrells Extreme Bodyshaping location, as well as served as a substitute teacher for West Des Moines Community Schools. To learn more about Tracy, click here.

Retirement Account Management (RAM) – NEW Offering in 2023
Advances in technology now enable Syverson Strege to efficiently provide investment management services for retirement accounts with minimal assistance from the client. Retirement Account Management (RAM) is for Syverson Strege clients who would like our investment team to provide ongoing management of their employer-sponsored retirement plan. Investment Platform Transitioning to Schwab
As we have shared in our annual planning meetings with our investment management clients, the current TD Ameritrade platform is slated to transition to Schwab’s platform in Q3 2023. There is nothing that you need to do at this time, but we want to assure you that we will continue to provide you with updates and support as the transition timeline is finalized.

Endow Iowa Changes
Effective Jan. 1, 2023, the maximum Endow Iowa Tax Credit was reduced from $300,000 to $100,000 per taxpayer. If you have any questions about this, please reach out to your Syverson Strege planner.

Purposeful Giving with Grateful
At the beginning of every year, Syverson Strege sends each of its employees $150 to donate to a charity of their choice through the Grateful app/website. Likewise, if a client introduces us to a new client prospect, we will send them a $100 Grateful card to donate to a charity of their choice.
