Winter Camp Fun

The visually impaired have great fun at Winter Camp! Strong Tower Radio went to the Michigan Community Services Winter Blind Camp to see what we miss. We heard stories of the campers' ice fishing experiences, joined them for an Amish fellowship dinner and a horse-drawn buggy ride, and talked with two camp counselors to get up to speed on camp life. Hear the rest of the story on Friday (3/14) at 1 p.m. and Saturday (3/15) at 5 p.m.

Also, hear the Light Unshackled sequel back story this Saturday (3/8) at 5 p.m. on Strong Tower Radio, only on STR stations, STR apps, or STR.fm.

Holland's Real Time Daniel!

Strong Tower Radio is airing a twelve-part series that originated in the assassination attempt on a U.S. presidential candidate last year. Planned as a single current event sermon on Daniel, it became a compelling sermon series. Hear Pastor Chris Holland's application of the Biblical book of Daniel to today's world this Sunday at 3:30 a.m., Monday at 4 p.m., Wednesday at 9 p.m., and Thursday at 1 p.m. only on Strong Tower Radio stations, STR apps, or STR.fm.

Problems or Opportunities?

David Buldoc, President

Over the past few weeks, the Lord has shown me many technical things that need special attention here at Strong Tower Radio. At times, it seemed like we were facing insurmountable obstacles, yet in faith, the Lord opened the way. One such problem was with our web stream. The Lord put it on my heart that we need to change how we play music. I can't go into all the details, but you may notice a difference in the music. I hope all of you are blessed. As I am writing this article, I am in the middle of researching ways to improve how we stream Strong Tower Radio.

Several times, we have been presented with the possibility of purchasing a radio station in the Cheboygan/Petoskey area. Each time we prayed about it, but we did not see where the Lord was opening a way. Late last year, we were presented with the opportunity to accept the gift of an AM radio station license in Petoskey. We checked with some supporters in the area and found we could use a small portion of their property to build this station.

Speaking of new stations, we are very close to building our station in Port Sanilac. Needless to say, the supporters there are very excited, have been very supportive, and extremely patient! I can't say how much I appreciate such supporters! If all goes well, we will also be building our Bridgman station in March.

With all of these stations, including our online web stream, I cannot express how crucial our supporters are to keeping these stations on the air. The Lord definitely hears your prayers and makes your donations stretch. Tower rents come due each month for 18 stations. That's like feeding a football team of teenage boys who are ALWAYS hungry! This is a huge faith opportunity! Please prayerfully consider what God would have you do to keep this ministry moving forward, reaching the masses with the Good News of Christ's soon return. You can mail your envelope to STR, PO BOX 567, Cadillac, MI 49688, donate online at www.strongtowerradio.org, or call the studio at 231-468-2087.

Thank you!

Count the Cost

Cost management is a key factor when planning to construct a building. You want to complete the building for the cost you planned! When repairing a vehicle, cost management can be very demanding as a repair can often be more than the estimate when not all the problems are included!

Jesus counted the cost to redeem you and me, friend. He emptied Himself and incarnated into humanity, took upon Himself all our liabilities, and in that condition, walked righteously by faith all the way to Gethsemane. Crunch time: Would Jesus go forward with the plan He learned from reading the Old Testament prophecies, or would He save Himself? Repeatedly, He asked to be delivered from death, yet counted the cost of God’s will to save human beings and yielded His life as a ransom for many! Praise God!

Here at Strong Tower Radio (STR), we also count the cost. New stations are now broadcasting, and more will soon follow! New stations come with new expenses, and you can help cover those costs if you will. Pray about this and join us as the Holy Spirit impresses you to support STR monthly.

We also count the cost of giving the gospel trumpet that certain sound. What is that sound? The sound of the victorious everlasting gospel! If we do not proclaim the full truth, the cost is beyond calculation, for souls will be lost eternally without the full truth. Listeners must hear the message to be set free in Jesus Christ and be ready to meet Him at His return!

Thank you for giving to set people free through the glorious everlasting Gospel. Over 100 listeners have given their lives to Jesus through listening to STR: hundreds, yes, thousands more are searching for truth! Thank you for keeping us on the air for their discovery!
