How Workplace Design Strategies Are Shifting to Beat COVID
The new normal in how office space will look post-pandemic keeps shifting. Here's what you need to know now, whether you're preparing return-to-office now or further in the future.
Water Features Support Shifting Occupant Health and Wellness Demand
Water features not only bring health and wellness benefits for occupants, they can improve the value of an asset. Here's what you need to know.
The Reset Is Upon Us
This summer, we’ve seen the commercial real estate industry make great progress toward recovery, despite some recent bumps in the road. With major companies rolling out return-to-workplace plans, COVID-19 vaccination rates on the rise and leasing activity picking up, cautious optimism within the U.S. office marketplace is prevalent. Plus, demand for life science, cold storage and warehouse space continues to grow. This progress is a testament to the efforts our members have made to respond to the challenges of the past 17 months and BOMA’s ongoing commitment to support their crucial work. As new challenges emerge, we will continue to harness the collective power of the BOMA network, embracing change and innovation every step of the way. In today’s vlog, I’ll provide a late-summer overview of how commercial real estate is faring and what we can expect moving into the fall. And, of course, this month’s vlog wouldn’t be complete without some summer reading recommendations!
We’ll pick up this discussion in just a couple months at the 2021 BOMA International Conference & Expo in Boston this October. There’s never been a more important time for us to gather with our colleagues to share insights on how to overcome disruption and bounce back stronger than ever. Trust me: You don’t want to miss out on this opportunity to enhance both your career and your operational strategies moving forward—register today!
Be well,
