Welcome to our last vlog of 2020! While this past year has been nothing short of eventful, it has been remarkable to witness the BOMA community come together in the face of adversity. That degree of collective problem-solving and knowledge-sharing will continue to guide the commercial real estate industry as we tackle new challenges together in the year ahead. BOMA International is already working on a variety of initiatives that will help BOMA members start 2021 off strong. Last week, we released the findings of the BOMA International COVID-19 Commercial Real Estate Impact Study—a groundbreaking survey of more than 3,000 U.S. commercial office space decision-makers commissioned by BOMA International, underwritten by Yardi and developed by Brightline Strategies. In today’s vlog, I’ll share key takeaways from this research and highlight a few of BOMA’s plans for the new year.
