Advocating for the Industry
For this month’s vlog, I’m excited to be joined by two members of BOMA International’s staff: Don Davis, Vice President of Advocacy & Building Codes, and Pearce Crosland, Director of Federal Affairs. Don and Pearce share some details about our legislative agenda and priorities for the year ahead, including taxation policy, workforce development, carbon reduction, infrastructure and more. We also celebrate Pearce recently being named one of The Hill’s top lobbyists of 2021 and discuss how you can get involved in our advocacy efforts in 2022.

One of the best ways to plug into BOMA’s advocacy efforts is to attend the 2022 Winter Business Meeting & National Issues Conference, where you’ll have a chance to make the commercial real estate industry’s voice heard on Capitol Hill and bring your priorities directly to lawmakers. February 6-9 is just around the corner, so be sure to register now before it’s too late!
Wishing you all a happy holiday season,
