After a marathon week, the U.S. House of Representatives, this morning, passed the Build Back Better Act—President Biden’s $1.75T “human infrastructure” and social spending-focused budget. This legislation contains a multitude of commercial real estate related policies. Over the last several months, BOMA International has been aggressively lobbying lawmakers to protect these key interests, as well as advance programs and initiatives consistent with the Association’s advocacy priorities.
