Protest Resources

Julie Taylor has shared her Protest Resource Document that she uses for the Oakland/East Bay area. This is a good starting point for updates. Another tool to demonstrate the value of the BOMA network.

Stay safe. Thank you Julie for sharing.

Introducing BOMA 360 2.0
For more than a decade, BOMA’s 360 Performance Program has set the global standard for operational best practices in the commercial real estate industry. We’re continuing that legacy—and celebrating our 10th anniversary—by introducing our new, updated application criteria designed to help you keep your properties on the cutting edge and get the maximum ROI from your program participation.
With 360 2.0:
  • Industrial properties shine, with separate new criteria that reflect their unique characteristics, challenges and successes.
  • You can ensure that your office buildings are at their best with distinct and updated criteria that reflect evolving trends and approaches.
  • Application fees are simplified! Applicants at industrial properties pay one flat fee for each property.
Get all the details on 360 2.0 and how to start your application today.

Reminder: The second-quarter deadline for BOMA 360 applications is Friday, June 5, but applications are accepted year-round.

National Flag Day Initiative on June 14
On behalf of BOMA International we are pleased to join with 20 BOMA local associations (Greater Buffalo, Greater Charlotte, Chicago, Greater Cincinnati, Greater Cleveland, Denver Metro, Metro Detroit, Indianapolis, Jacksonville, Kansas City, Greater Los Angeles, Greater Minneapolis, New York, Oklahoma City, Orlando, Philadelphia, Greater Phoenix, Pittsburgh, Portland, and San Antonio) in the upcoming National Flag Day Initiative on June 14. This nationwide effort by the National Flag Foundation working with many groups is organizing a national red, white and blue light up night/weekend this Flag Day, and separately is asking all American citizens to fly a U.S. Flag the weekend of June 14. This year’s Flag Day is unique as a show of national unity and respect in these challenging days as we honor those who have perished due to the COVID 19 pandemic, as well as the men and women who have served and worked during the crisis to keep America safe.

We are proud to participate in this effort and once again promote this initiative by the National Flag Foundation (NFF) – www.nationalflagfoundation.org . Please consider joining with us in this very worthy effort and let us know you are participating and share any promotions or pictures from the event for us to cover.
We hope you are Healthy & Safe!
