This is Bloom's second learning center in the United States, which is designed to teach new and tenured Bloom associates our educational courses in a special setting that helps them see and feel the Bloom Family Story, Bloom Culture and Bloom Beliefs!
For those that follow Bloom, you know that we take everything just one step further. That's why we decided that in order to bring our aspirational mission of helping seniors bloom (rather than just live safely and securely), we need to prioritize associate education and training.
But we need to do more than just teach the Bloom curriculum. Instead, with the help of expressive interior designers, we decided to create a welcoming physical environment that not only promotes learning, but really introduces associates to the culture, mission and values of Bloom; from where the company began to where it aims to go.
