The Capitol Region’s Housing Market Remains Strong, and So Do We
By Paul Milde

CIP Finishes is proud to celebrate the hard work of our installers and estimators, who have gone to great measures to keep projects on-time and on-budget while remaining safe and healthy throughout the COVID-19 pandemic.

We have maintained a pipeline value of more than $14 million throughout the pandemic. We are the busiest we’ve ever been, with a total of 40 jobs in the works for 12 different general contractors.

I am sharing this news about our company because I also want to share our experience; it may be useful to our colleagues with similar challenges in the commercial multi-family building industry.

Working through a pandemic has indeed presented unique challenges. We have been reflecting on the lessons we’ve learned so far, and on strategies that have helped us keep our customers happy, on our blog this month.
Among the new projects we are excited to be working this year is Mill Creek Residential Trust’s Modera Founders Row, a 322-unit apartment community in Falls Church, Va. Founders Row is part of a mixed-use development that will include 90,000 square feet of retail space, and will transform its neighborhood at the intersection of West Broad and North West streets in Falls Church. CIP Finishes is furnishing and installing shower doors, bath accessories, LED mirrors and upgraded Organized Living Select shelving in this community.
Upgraded Shelving Can Have High Impact

High-end closet storage can distinguish your project in the market, and it’s achievable for less than you think. CIP Finishes can furnish and install the Organized Living Select shelving line, which provides a built-in look at an affordable price point. This durable, attractive, highly customizable shelving line provides an excellent return on investment. Talk to one of our estimators today about pricing for this line, which can give your project a leg up in a competitive housing market.
