Please be advised that Eastchester schools will be closed on Tuesday, Sept. 23 and Wednesday, Sept. 24 in observance of Rosh Hashanah.

Board of Education Work Session Meeting: Tuesday, Sept. 30

The next Board of Education Work Session Meeting is scheduled to be held on Tuesday, Sept. 30 at 7:30 PM in the EHS Library. 

This meeting will be open to the public, but there will be no opportunity for public comment. The meeting will also be available to be streamed live.

NYS Universal Free Lunch Survey

Eastchester UFSD is gathering data on family interest in the NY Universal Free Lunch Program. Please take a few moments to complete this survey to help inform our next steps as a district. ALL SURVEY DATA WILL REMAIN CONFIDENTIAL.

Dear Members of the Eastchester Schools Community, 

Due to the turnout for our two events over the summer, the EUFSD will be hosting an additional “Coffee and Conversations” event with Superintendent of Schools Dr. Alison Villanueva this fall.

On Thursday, Oct. 16, Dr. Villanueva and school administrators will meet with parents and community members to initiate an ongoing dialogue with stakeholders on how best to improve the educational experience at Eastchester schools. You are invited to join us for a robust discussion on district initiatives and Eastchester's plans for the future.

The event will be take place in the EHS Digital Lab and begin at 6 p.m.

Coffee and light refreshments will be served.

Volunteers Needed for 8th 'Annual Careers in Business' Night: Wednesday, Nov. 5

Dear Eastchester Community Members,

Eastchester High School is holding its 8th Annual Careers in Business Night on Wednesday, Nov. 5 @ 7 PM.

This is an exciting venture and we need assistance from our community members to make it a successful event. We are asking for volunteers who will give us two hours to share your experience in business. Whether you work in finance, investments, accounting, marketing, retail, business law, human resources, own a small business, work for a nonprofit or have any other career in the business field, we need you to share your expertise!

Many of our students are unaware of the career opportunities available to them in business and two hours of your time will provide them with valuable first-hand knowledge of potential career paths.

If you are interested, or know someone who is, please give them (or us) the necessary contact information.
