Kudos to Atlanta's World of Alkebulan youth robotics team for completing and placing in their first competition. This dedicated youth group was one of eight teams competing last weekend. With only eight weeks to prepare, and all other teams having a minimum of eight months to prepare, WOA came in strong and placed as the Up and Coming All-Stars. They were one of only three teams to take home trophies.
The 12-member team (8 members participated in the competition) was coached by Sis. Ayan, Sis. Njuma and Rev. Agyei. The Alkebulan AFRO BOT t-shirt was designed by Bro. Bayete.
