The Full Frame Initiative believes that everyone needs and has a right to well-being. Healthy partnerships and collaborations come from fostering healthy, whole individuals to bring to the table. They have developed the five domains of well-being - for anyone.
This resource can be used to help the professionals who come in contact with families understand the trade-offs families face in making decisions for their children, and how to help build systems that will minimize those trade-offs. It can be used as part of training for new leaders and staff who represent families in collaborative processes. It can also be used by those leaders and representatives during stakeholder meetings and advisory group work to help lead collaborative conversations that lead to designing policies and practices relevant to the well-being of families.
Outcome: Enhancing your parent center's ability to partner/collaborate.
