Nonprofit Financial Health: Managing Your Cash Flow
Have you ever looked at your checkbook balance and found you had far less funds than you anticipated? Do you know when you need to "call down" funds from your grants? Do you know what your daily deposits/cash receipts and cash expenditures are? These are all questions that are important to know the answers to. We have put together some tools for managing your cash flow. You will find attached the example of an excel spreadsheet that can be used to manage your cash flow and know when you need to "call down" funds.
