Checklists to Develop Partnering Agreements

A Partnering Agreement (also known as memorandums of understanding and/or letters of agreement) is a mutually beneficial agreement that encapsulates the spirit of partnership and demonstrates the valuable contributions each organization voluntarily brings to the table.
 
This checklist may help Parent Centers to evaluate current and potential collaborations as well as to understand the types of Partnering Agreements and the essential aspects that need to be included for its effectiveness.
