Biden Administration Shackles Taxpayers in Carbon-capture Scheme

Last year’s $1.2 trillion infrastructure bill is funneling billions into wasteful technologies that cannot survive in the free market without government subsidies and have no impact on global temperatures.

Billions of our tax dollars are funding carbon dioxide (CO₂) harvesting across the United States. Experts say the senseless ventures have no impact on global temperatures yet are helping to fuel the energy crisis and raise already-skyrocketing prices you pay for just about everything.

CO₂ — a simple molecule that is a crucial plant food and helps make life on earth possible — has been demonized since 2007, when the U.S. Supreme Court irrationally labeled this important atmospheric gas as an “air pollutant” and granted regulatory free rein to the Environmental Protection Agency. Now, in some apparently warped spirit of Dr. Seuss, the Biden administration wants to build huge machines that suck CO₂ directly from the sky.

How FBI Spy Stefan Halper Helped Put Two Bushes in the White House

Mark Hemingway wrote a fascinating exposé chronicling the enigmatic life of Stefan Halper, the Cambridge University professor and FBI informant who attempted to entrap low-level Trump campaign associates with promises that "his friendship with Russian spies" could aid Trump's efforts to win the presidency.  Hemingway notes that although most Americans were unfamiliar with Halper until details of the FBI's Crossfire Hurricane counterintelligence operation against the Republican presidential nominee came to light, he has been a stubbornly recurring fixture near the intersection of American politics and espionage for fifty years.

The man who failed to ensnare George Papadopoulos, Carter Page, and Sam Clovis in the FBI's efforts to seek and find Trump-Russia "collusion" in the run-up to the 2016 election not only achieved professional success in the '70s and '80s after marrying the daughter of the former director of the Directorate of Intelligence (the second-highest ranking intelligence officer at the CIA) but was also peripherally connected to both an alleged spying operation against Jimmy Carter and bank accounts linked to the Iran-Contra Affair. 



DHS Memo: Biden Admin Aware Its Policies Facilitate Border Crisis, Cartel Activity

An internal DHS memorandum indicates that the Biden administration is deliberately promoting immigration policies that profit transnational cartels and endanger the United States.

On Friday, Florida Attorney General Ashley Moody announced that her office had obtained documents revealing Secretary of Homeland Security Alejandro Mayorkas withheld the truth when he testified to the U.S. Congress in April that DHS was effectively managing the influx of illegal immigrants at the southern border. Back then, Mayorkas boasted that his department had put in place a “comprehensive plan” that prepares for and manages the current and anticipated increase in illegals pouring into the country. Mayorkas noted, among other things, that the DHS had “intensified efforts” to target and disrupt the activity of smuggling cartels and transnational criminal organizations “at the historic level.”

In Yemen, Sudan, Ethiopia, Burundi, Eritrea, and other countries, millions of people are already dying of starvation, and tens of millions more face the same fate. This comes on the heels of the Covid-19 pandemic and, in fact, it turns out that much of the food crisis and starvation is the result of government policy responses to the virus. The famine death spiral is being hastened by the Covid lockdowns and mandates that disrupted planting and harvesting cycles, destroyed crops and livestock herds, bankrupted crucial businesses, and crippled supply chains. 

White House releases plan to boost housing supply 

The White House on Monday outlined a plan to boost housing availability and lower costs for renters and homeowners, portraying it as part of a broader effort to combat inflation for Americans.

The administration released a “Housing Supply Action Plan” that officials said would produce more housing supply, including affordable units, in the next five years.

“When aligned with other policies to reduce housing costs and ensure affordability, such as rental assistance and down payment assistance, closing the gap will mean more affordable rents and more attainable homeownership for Americans in every community,” the White House said in an outline of the plan.

Among the measures detailed as part of the plan are using new financing mechanisms to build and preserve more housing where there are currently financing gaps and expanding federal financing by making certain loans more widely available for multifamily developments.

According to The New York Times, the Democrat and his White House counsel, Dana Remus, have hired attorney Richard A. Sauber in order to “[lay] the groundwork to defend against an expected onslaught of oversight investigations by congressional Republicans.”

The Times report Saturday described Sauber as “a longtime white-collar defense lawyer” who currently serves as the top lawyer for the Department of Veterans Affairs.

The move could signal Biden is anticipating investigations or even impeachment inquiries should Republicans take the House of Representatives, the Senate or both in November.

The president already had been getting his ducks in a row in the lead-up to the midterms, according to the Times. He had been meeting with Remus and his personal lawyer, Bob Bauer, “for months to work out potential divisions of labor between White House lawyers and outside counsel,” the report said.

Formula Shortage Will Last All Year  

As the Biden administration dodges on providing a projected timeline for the current baby-formula shortage to subside, the CEO of one of the four companies that dominates nearly 90 percent of the U.S. sector predicts that the shortage will last through 2022.

The supply-chain gridlock plaguing the baby-formula market will likely last for the “balance of the year,” Perrigo Company PLC CEO Murray Kessler told Reuters. Perrigo Company PLC manufactures store-brand baby formulas for retailers such as Walmart and Amazon and makes up 8 percent of the U.S. baby-formula market.

The baby-formula crunch has been at the forefront of media coverage and public concern as families scramble to find stores with product left in stock to feed their infants. Beyond pandemic-induced production bottlenecks, the recall of a baby formula made by Abbott Nutrition, one of the country’s leading baby-formula manufacturers, has been identified as a major culprit in the shortage. 

Louisiana AG Investigation Into 2020 Election Explodes, Confirms It Really Was Rigged 

Meta CEO Mark Zuckerberg and his wife, Priscilla Chan, spent more than $400 million on the 2020 election, and they said they did so to promote safe elections during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Louisiana Attorney General Jeff Landry said there is much more to the story than that.

On Saturday, the gunman killed 10 people and injured three others at a supermarket in a predominantly black neighborhood in Buffalo.

In his racist and anti-Semitic manifesto, Gendron undercut the liberal media narrative that he’s a Christian conservative who was radicalized by Fox News.

Should the projections of a Republican tsunami at the midterms prove true, there are so many things that a Republican Congress must prioritize. Not the least of which is revising the civil-service laws to permit removing incompetent and corrupt bureaucrats, cutting drastically the federal bureaucracy, and reforming, among other agencies, the CDC, NIH, FBI, and the IRS.

I’m focusing now on the IRS, which first hit my radar screen when with no consequences whatsoever. Loretta Lynch’s Department of Justice declined to press criminal charges against Lois Lerner, whose outfit delayed and denied the Tea Party reform groups the tax-exempt status to which they were entitled, hamstringing them against the very well-financed (probably including illegal funds from abroad) Obama crowd. 

This time, pay attention to Black Lives Matter, an utterly corrupt outfit whose riots and lootings destroyed so many cities and wreaked havoc on the black communities and their businesses.

The damage continues to this day as the riots fueled the defund police movement, a ridiculous effort that leaves the poor and the black communities particularly vulnerable to violent crime, and as another consequence caused an exodus of needed businesses from those places.

Biden Finally Got His ‘White Supremacist’

In June of last year, Joe Biden launched his crusade against “the most lethal threat” in America.

No, he was not referring to the gangs and drug thugs who are responsible for the daily carnage in urban centers across our nation, like the those who committed the “mass assault” in downtown Sacramento a month ago, killing six. Nor was he referring to the thugs who murdered three people and injured 24 others in Milwaukee last weekend, or those who murdered five in Chicago.

Those assailants did not fit the Left’s racial narrative, so those stories quickly fade from the mainstream media — as did coverage of the more than 19,000 other murders in the latest year of record, 2020. They were of no value as political fodder for Democrat Party politicos, who were and remain the architects of white supremacy.

However, according to Biden and his cadre, the most “lethal threat to the homeland” is white supremacy.

He uses “white supremacist” as thinly veiled code for “Trump supporters,” especially those “Ultra-MAGA Americans,” in order to do what Democrats do best – foment division and hatred. 

Why Would US Give a War Guarantee -- to Finland?

Seeing Russia invade Ukraine, historically neutral Finland has undergone a late conversion and decided to join NATO immediately.

Why? Because NATO membership means the world's strongest power, the United States, under Article 5 of NATO, would go to war against Russia, should it cross Finland's border.

Nervous about Russian President Vladimir Putin's intentions, Finland wants America legally and morally bound to fight Russia on its behalf, should Putin invade Finland as he invaded Ukraine.

From the Finnish point of view, this is perfectly understandable.

But why would the United States consent to go to war with Russia, the largest nuclear power on earth, for violating Finland's frontiers?

Finland is not Alaska; it is not Canada; it is 5,000 miles away. And no one ever asserted during the Cold War, or for the decades since, that Finland was a U.S. vital interest.

The 1960s saw the rise of new and radical ideologies in America that now seem commonplace — ideologies based on ideas like identity politics and cultural revolution. But the leftist dreamers didn’t give up. Abandoning hope of a Russian-style revolution, they settled on a more sophisticated strategy — waging a revolution not of the proletariat, but of the elites, and specifically of the knowledge elites.

Leading government scientists have confirmed that The Word Salad Program is a healthier meal choice than deep fried Chicken Tenders with adobo spiced ranch dipping sauce on the side with fries and an extra large Dr. Pepper.

According to sources, every Biden Administration cabinet member has pledged selflessly to contribute to the program by providing record quantities of word salad in their public statements, media interviews, and stump speeches.

"This is the least we can do to give back to the subjects of our benevolent rule, whose voting by mail has appointed us to be their thought leaders, health wardens, and nutrition instructors," said Vice President Kamala Harris in a rare sober press statement.

Department of Misinformation opens first ‘Truth Camp’ near Bakersfield

In effort to be more green, China switches from gas-powered artificial snow makers to 100% slave labor  

BEIJING—After several environmentalist groups applied pressure to China about its use of fossil-fuel-powered snow makers to produce snow for the 2022 Winter Olympics, the Chinese Communist Party has switched to making 100% of its artificial snow by slave labor in Uyghur concentration camps.

CCP spokesman Ho Lee Ching said that the production is going very well and that it’s a family affair at the camps.

Working in freezing conditions, Uyghur children are particularly useful for creating artificial snow because of their small fingers, able to make around 100,000 snowflakes per day. 

US Representative Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY) commended the Chinese on their dedication to the environment.

“This type of dedication to preserving the environment should a model for all countries—especially the United States,” Ocasio-Cortez said.

Nation’s Elderly Announce Plan To Be Sad And Lonely All The Time

BOCA RATON, FL—Addressing a retirement community bingo hall filled to capacity with empty folding chairs, the nation’s elderly announced Friday an ambitious and far-reaching new plan to be sad and lonely all the time. “Moving forward, we intend to be extremely depressed every second of every day with no one to turn to in times of increasing isolation,” Gordon Mayhew, 84, said on behalf of the country’s old people, who confirmed they would dedicate their few remaining years to puttering around aimlessly in silence while those younger than them failed to even acknowledge their existence. “As the people we share memories with continue to die off, we have resolved to feel even less loved and more hopeless with each passing day. It will be as if we are already dead as we stare blankly out the window at a world that long ago passed us by. So when you see us, feel free to avoid eye contact and pretend we aren’t here. Soon enough we won’t be.” The nation’s elderly went on to say that in addition to being sad and lonely, they also planned for their bodies not to be found until several days after they died.
