SBIF + Sidewalk Shared Cost Program

The Shared Cost Sidewalk Program is an extremely popular voluntary program in which property owners share 50% of the cost of sidewalk repair with the City of Chicago. The application opened Monday, January 11th at 6 AM. All applications are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis until all funds are allocated.
