Lake Tahoe Business Walks

Sixteen organizations teamed up across the lake to visit hundreds of businesses through the Business Walk project this Fall. The official report resulting from the Business Walks completed this fall will soon be released. The data, which reflects the perspectives of businesses around the Lake Tahoe region, offers a “moment in time” snapshot of how things are going within the regional economy. It is intended to be used in concert with other data points to better understand what is and is not working in the region. Ultimately, it will help elected officials and other community leaders make informed decisions that support ongoing economic vitality efforts benefitting residents, businesses, and visitors.
