Tax System Upgrade – SafeSend Platform


As part of our ongoing commitment to providing the highest level of service, we have upgraded our client tax system and are transitioning to the SafeSend platform.


This enhancement provides:


  • A more streamlined, secure client portal for transferring documents to our office
  • An integrated web-based tax organizer
  • An upgraded payment system that includes an encrypted “Pay Now” link directly on our invoices


Portal registration links will be sent out over the next few weeks to the primary email address on file. If you have not received a link but would like to use the SafeSend client portal, please reach out to Kourtney Rook, Ext 310 or krook@alliedcpa.com.


During the transition period, any secure documents can be sent to us using the following link: https://www.clientaxcess.com/sharesafe/#/aB69qL


Reminder: For your security, please avoid sending electronic documents via email or thumb drives. Our secure online portal is the safest way to share information with our office.


As always, our team is happy to assist—clients are welcome to contact our office with any questions or for support.

Personal Tax Organizers will be sent out in January 2026.


Beginning in January 2026, all clients will receive their tax organizer electronically via our secure SafeSend platform.


This upgrade allows for:

  • Faster, more efficient delivery of your documents
  • Enhanced security for your personal and financial information
  • Reduced reliance on traditional mail services


If you prefer to receive a paper tax organizer by mail, simply contact Kourtney Rook at ext. 310 or krook@alliedcpa.com to have one sent to you.


Please contact our office if you have not received your organizer by January 30, 2026.

1099s need to be issued to recipients and submitted to the Federal Government by January 31st. 


If you would like Allied CPAs to file your Form 1099(s) please use this form to submit your information to our office before January 10, 2026. Please upload completed forms directly to your tax portal or mail them to your Allied office. 


Important: Do not email the forms as this may expose sensitive information.
