Following up on the previews from last month, we have a preview of the actual search screen for the new version.

This search is largely a cross between the one for corporate client and the existing one within inventory maintenance.

Among the improvements to it, you now get dropdown lists for vendor, department, and category ID, rather than needing to remember them.  You can also search for stock level in a variety of ways, rather than just in stock or not.

The location to make database backups within the software has changed.  You can now find this under the system administration menu, with the backup database option.  Note that browsing to a location will only work properly from the server station, as the backup is made to that location on the server pc.

We're offering a new option for credit card processing with EMV, with Sterling Payment Systems.  This will offer the same terminal option with the VX805 as Vantiv does, but simply offers an alternative to Vantiv.  If you're interested in talking to Sterling about processing with them, contact sales and we can put them in touch with you.

We've got a couple of new all in one touchscreen computer models available, at a discounted price for a limited time.  While supplies last, we can sell the 19.5 inch model (pictured below) for $1499 with the purchase of a software license or update, or the 15.6 inch model for $999 with the same.
