Mass Printing Labels

The label utility is used to mass print labels, either from a purchase order or from labels queued either through the vendor databases or through the Enterprise system.  The label utility can be found through the tools menu.

If instead you want to mass print labels based on a search, that can be done through the items screen; perform the search you want and then go through more and then mass print labels.

Select the circle next to purchase orders or queued labels. If doing a purchase order, select the purchase order you want to print, and then select either received quantities or ordered quantities.

Click print in the bottom right to print the labels based on your selections.

Bundles can be used to sell groups of items at a discount.  You can manage and create these through store -> bundles from the home screen.

This will show a list of all your current bundles, and you can do a variety of things from here, including creating new bundles, editing existing ones to modify the items they contain, deleting them, showing the history for them, or printing barcodes for them.

When creating a bundle, you'll scan in or search for the items you're wanting to put into the bundle and then you'll have the option to set an override price on it.

The current version of the software, available for supported users, is 5.4.1.  If you want to get back on support, or to upgrade to phone support from email support, contact sales at (919) 387-7597 x100.  If you are not on phone support, and you call, a response will be sent to the email address on file.  You may also buy a support incident from our website.

As a reminder to users of ExtremePOS Payment, we will no longer be able to support this product after July 9th, 2019 as the version of SQL Server it depends on is reaching the end of life.  This will render Payment no longer PCI Compliant to continue to use past this date.

We will be closed Friday, April 19th for Good Friday.
