SPS Engineers attended the annual 7X24 Exchange Conference "TheData Revolution End-to-End Reliability: Mission Critical Facilities" on June 1-4 at the Boca Raton Resort & Club in Boca Raton, Florida. 7X24 International is celebrating its Silver Anniversary. The 7X24 Exchange is the leading knowledge exchange for those who design, build, operate and maintain enterprise information infrastructures.
- Dennis Ryan, Mayo Tabb and Alan Goerke from Liebert Emerson Network Power & Services presented a Lunch and Learn Seminar at the SKAE HQ on Tuesday, June 24. Topics discussed were the Liebert GXT3, 5kVA-10kVA UPS, and compact UPS Systems for high power network rack applications. Special thank you to Dennis, Mayo and Alan for an informative Lunch and Learn!
- As part of SKAE's commitment to job site safety, the company recently provide
 d 10-hour and 30-hour OSHA Construction Training Courses for the engineers. The program provides training for employees on the recognition, avoidance, abatement, and prevention of safety and health hazards in workplaces.
- Bill Schneeloch, Director of Engineering for Kinsley Power Systems hosted a Lunch and Learn Seminar at the SKAE NY HQ on Friday, October 24. Bill discussed standby generators and paralleling switchgear. Thank you, Bill, for hosting the seminar!

| Skae Power Solutions Intern Program | |
The SPS Intern Program is an intensive experience that immerses students in hands-on engineering and mission critical infrastructure experience, thus placing them on the right track for their prospective careers. Over the course of the summer the students assist Field Engineers with site surveys and analysis, develop technical reports for clients and summarize results of testing, while also developing their presentation, oral and written technical communication skills. 
The interns recently completed their final Progress Report Presentations for the company's senior executives. They discussed the projects they worked on and lessons learned over the course of the internship. SPS is committed to mentoring these young professionals and helping them with their prospective careers.

| "A Cure for MS...Mission Critical!" | |
For the past six years, Skae Power Solutions LLC has formed a team of family, friends and colleagues for the National Multiple Sclerosis Society's Bike MS NYC. Once again, we rode to raise awareness and funds for MS on Sunday, October 5, 2014. This year we had 65 riders and we raised over $18,000.00.
The annual event offers a traffic-free 30-mile route circling Manhattan, and a traffic-free ride through the Holland Tunnel, to experience the 55 or 100-mile routes that wind through New Jersey, and Rockland County. Thank you to all of our family, friends and colleagues who participated and supported the team!
