New Year, New Intentions

Dear Friends,

Welcome to 2026!

Let us take a moment to reflect on the power of intention. A new year doesn’t require us to become someone new—it simply invites us to choose how we want to show up for ourselves and for one another.

At the Community Well, the year ahead is less about grand resolutions and more about meaningful presence. We are setting intentions to listen deeply, to remain curious, and to continue building a space where people feel seen, supported, and connected. In a world that often feels hurried and divided, I believe that small, consistent acts can create lasting impact.

This year, our intention is to strengthen community wellness in all its forms—physical, emotional, creative, and civic. That means expanding opportunities to gather, learn, move, and reflect together. It also means staying grounded in our values, adapting with intention, and honoring the diverse needs of those we serve.

As we move into the months ahead, I invite you to join us in the many offerings, including fitness, sing-a-longs, gatherings over food and art, and opportunities to connect with new friends and neighbors.

With optimism for the year ahead,

Rachel Brenna
