With delinquency rates holding steady at a low 0.7% and 3-bedroom rents averaging $2,267, the local market is operating at peak efficiency.

Representatives from WUSATA will be coming to Humboldt County for two days in July to discuss the FundMatch Program.

The FundMatch program assists with both domestic and international marketing expenses, including: pre-approved USDA domestic trade shows, international marketing expenses for export, such as travel costs associated with international trade missions and trade shows, label and packaging modifications for other countries, advertising, and much more.
