The Power of a Strong Team
Here at the Chamber we are really fortunate to have an intelligent, hard-working, friendly team. Any given morning you’ll find us checking in with each other, and almost always sharing a laugh. I feel really lucky to work with these wonderful, committed people.
As you can imagine, I interact with a lot of businesses and organizations. It’s often easy to tell the ones that are most likely to succeed: they have a sense of camaraderie and trust, coupled with accountability and open communication. They make an effort to ensure everyone on the team knows what’s happening even if it doesn’t relate exactly to their work. Team members know what’s expected of them and have the tools to make it happen.
If you’re feeling like you and your team could use a tune-up, I invite you (and your colleagues!) to join us for Management: Navigating for Success, a three-day workshop on November 7, 8, and 15, designed to level up your success as a team leader. You’ll learn tips and tactics to be an effective manager that can be applied immediately. This class always sells out; it’s a valued opportunity to learn with local peers who are also looking to level up.
As you check out this workshop, take a look at some of the others we’re offering this season:
Vision to Victory: Mastering Future Design and Self-Transformation – October 23
Networking for Introverts (via Zoom – and no, the irony is not lost on us!) – October 24
Financial Wellness – December 4
You deserve to succeed. Let us help you!
