Friends of the Dunes is teaming up with Redwood Curtain Brewing Company in Arcata for Pints for Nonprofits. During this event, $1 of every drink sold will go directly to Friends of the Dunes to support coastal conservation! HAR Cares for Youth committee was formed by the Humboldt Association of Realtors in 2019 to assist local youth and youth organizations. HAR Cares offers a wide range of assistance from food to shoes and clothing, bedding, school supplies and equipment, personal items and temporary emergency housing assistance.

The Alzheimer's Association is holding a fundraiser in partnership with Habmbro Recycling centers across Humboldt. Go to various recycle locations in Eureka, Humboldt and Fortuna, turn in your bottles and cans, and donate your cash back to a good cause. The fundraiser will run through December.
