Greater Eureka Chamber of Commerce Newsletter

It’s All About Our Members

What began in early November as a simple “Week of Thanks” has blossomed into an entire Season of Thanks. Over the past several weeks, Chamber board members, ambassadors, and staff have visited well over 100 member offices and storefronts - stopping by just to say thank you for their partnership and presence in our community. The photos and stories from these visits have been pouring onto our social media channels, and we’re definitely not finished yet!

This year has been one of tremendous growth for both the Chamber and our affiliate, the Redwood Coast Chamber Foundation. And 2026 is shaping up to be even more exciting. We’re developing new ways to uplift our members and strengthen our region - through dynamic events, increased promotion of local businesses, expanded learning opportunities, and meaningful advocacy.

We hope you’ll join us on January 21 for our Annual Membership Meeting, where we’ll reflect on recent accomplishments and share a preview of what’s ahead. And of course, we warmly invite you to celebrate with us on January 30 at the Boldt Gala: Coastal Alchemy, our annual business awards ceremony. It promises to be a joyful, inspiring, magical evening.

Wishing you a cheerful and wonderful holiday season, filled with connection, reflection, and community.

With gratitude,

Nancy

Last month, Chamber members gathered at Columbia Bank for a lively mixer that blended fun with practical learning. Guests kicked off the evening with an interactive icebreaker that doubled as a lesson in recognizing common fraud scenarios—sparking both conversation and insight.

Throughout the event, attendees enjoyed delicious bites from Cassaro's Catering and the smooth sounds of local guitarist Jeff Smoller, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for networking.
