New improvements include a changing table and wheelchairs

EAST CLEVELAND, Ohio — The ECPL's new ADA upgrades are making our library more accessible to all.

Near the Children's Department and our Lower Auditorium are a family restroom and a gender neutral restroom. Located in the family restroom is a new and improved changing table. The table was installed in part with support from the Cuyahoga County Board of Developmental Disabilities (CCBDD). The lower level of the library can be accessed using the elevator near the Greg L. Reese Performing Arts Center.

Another addition to our library are new wheelchairs, which are available upon request. A ramp is located at the front entrance of the building for use.

These improvements are only the beginning of new changes at the ECPL. Stay tuned for more updates. There's something for everyone!
