Election Edition
General Election Announcement

Below are the candidate statements for SCTA Officers, Board of Directors, Local State Council Representatives and Local State Council Alternates.
This election will be conducted by confidential electronic voting
Wednesday, February 20th through Tuesday, February 26th.
President
David Fisher
Working together and remaining united we have accomplished much together over the past few years, including increasing salaries by 19.7%, protecting fully employer paid health benefits, increasing school nurses, psychologists, counselors and other professionals, eliminating unnecessary testing, identifying resources to further reduce class sizes and more. Of course, we still have a lot to do to enforce our contract and ensure that the District lives up to its commitments to teachers and students. I would be honored to build on this progress and continue this fight with all of you as President of the Sacramento City Teachers Association.
1st Vice President
Nikki Milevsky
Thank you for your support and involvement in our association. I am proud to be an elected leader of such strong and dedicated professionals. Working together, we have accomplished so much. We are not done yet. Our work is ongoing to implement agreements that provide much better learning and working conditions, to shed light on the fiscal mismanagement of the Serna Center that steals from our students, and ensure that educators are empowered and their voices are heard.  I believe that educators have the vision to make this district great and the solidarity to achieve it. Please vote for me.
2nd Vice President
