Société de Chimie Industrielle to present its Excellence Awards for Shareholder Value Creation and Private Equity Performance on April 22
New York, February 20, 2026 – The Société de Chimie Industrielle (“Société”) will award Excellence Awards to two outstanding companies at a luncheon on Wednesday, April 22 in the ballroom of the Yale Club of New York:
The selection of the awardee companies was conducted by the Award Committee and was based on a comprehensive, data-driven analysis of performance of companies in each of the categories on a global basis. Each of our awardee companies were outstanding performers in their respective categories, as well as being companies recognized by the wider industry for their overall performance in their categories. The alignment of both perception and data driven performance is always the best validation of any award selection.
Peter Young, President and Chairman of the Award Committee said, “These awards are unique and important because they are in categories that are key to the success of the chemical industry and because the awardee companies were selected through a rigorous process that was based on clear and challenging criteria.”
The event will start with a reception where attendees will be able to network with other executives and the awardees, followed by a formal lunch, the award ceremonies, and a fireside discussion featuring senior executives from the two awardee companies on “Creating Value in the Current Industry Environment”, an important topic today. Hearing the perspectives of a leading chemical company and a leading private equity firm will be informative and thought provoking.
