Volunteer Spotlight

Meet Taylor Foss

Customer Relations

Commercial Industrial Roofing

Taylor has been an active member of the IFMA Greater Seattle Chapter for the past 2 years, contributing to the Marketing Committee and helping support the chapter’s growth and engagement.

“IFMA is one of the most welcoming associations I’ve been involved with. Even as a brand new member, people went out of their way to introduce themselves and make me feel included. Right away, I could see that members are here to grow their skills and build meaningful industry connections. Being part of the Marketing Committee has helped me develop my skills and learn from others in the field. If you’re looking for a place to grow your career while feeling like you’re among friends, I highly recommend getting involved.”

Thank you, Taylor, for your continued contributions and dedication to the IFMA community 👏

Mentorship Program

The Greater Seattle Chapter of IFMA Mentorship Program creates pathways to career success through the collaborative engagement between experienced and early career FM professionals.

In alignment with the greater strategy of the Greater Seattle Chapter of IFMA and Education Committee Charter, the Mentorship program serves as a member benefit, with shared value for both Mentors and Mentees. This program pairs Mentees with knowledgeable Mentors, providing tenured FM’s an opportunity to share their valuable knowledge to enhance the development of the next generation of industry professionals.

Participants also serve as IFMA Ambassadors, speaking to the benefits of a career in FM, IFMA credentials/programming, and connecting purpose with this line of work.
