It is with deep regret that I must share with you that Jasmine Oliver, Director of Field Operations will be leaving SCORE. Jasmine has decided to pursue other opportunities that better align with her short and long term career goals. Her final day with SCORE will be this Friday, November 20, 2020. While we are excited for her, she will be deeply missed.
Jasmine has contributed greatly to the success of SCORE during her nearly 6 years here. In 2016, Jasmine spearheaded our Call Center pilot program which identified best practices for client contact that many chapters employ today. In 2017, she introduced the first ever National Leadership Conference app which had an adoption rate of 90%. The following year, she incorporated kiosk self-check-in stations on site. Since 2019, Jasmine has served as the lead HQ Training Specialist for our Salesforce CRM system SCORE Engage. In this role, she has created and delivered training materials to the field and worked with the Engage team to develop training processes for all users.
Jasmine has had a big impact on the field organization during her time with SCORE. Besides her talent, she has been a positive and caring individual who took time to understand what Volunteers need and how to provide solutions. Personally, I will miss having her be a part of the Field Operations team and being someone who is an advocate for the needs of our volunteers.
In working with Jasmine, we have put plans in place to ensure that the Engage training process and timing continues uninterrupted. For the longer term, we have started a recruiting process to fill her role and hope to have this completed by the end of the year. If anyone has any questions, please let me know.
Please join me in thanking Jasmine for her years of dedication to SCORE and SCORE's mission. If you would like to send her a personal note, her email is email@example.com
