Efforts to Ensure Outpatient Care Facilities Receive Equal Access to Resources as Inpatient Facilities
In late May, Bucks County Medical Society signed onto a letter encouraging Governor Wolf to ensure that all outpatient care facilities receive the same access to resources as inpatient care facilities. To view the full text of the letter, click here .
4-Hour Virtual MAT Waiver Training
June 24, 9:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.
Penn State Project ECHO at Penn State College of Medicine is hosting a FREE virtual Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT) Waiver Training for physicians via ZOOM on June 24, 2020 from 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM. Dr. Glenn Buchberger will be leading this 4-hour training session. Following the session, participants will receive a link to complete three additional modules independently. If someone you know might benefit from this training, please feel free to forward this message along. 
Glenn Buchberger, MD, is an Addiction Medicine physician at Penn State Health Milton S. Hershey Medical Center and the Pennsylvania Psychiatric Institute.
