As summer days get shorter, the intensity of our fall schedule lies ahead. Get prepared! In September, our  Nonprofit Executive RoundTable (NET) will convene for the first of ten sessions. The first cohort in our facilitated peer-coaching group filled up quickly but if there is sufficient interest, we will add a second. B uild demand for a second group by  submitting your application for the current waiting list. We know, it is lonely at the top.

I am pleased to announce three free ESC workshops at Liberty Mutual on October 13, November 3 and in early December. The 90 minute programs will focus on the topics of Outcomes Measurement, Fundraising, and Marketing respectively. Be on the lookout for more information including how to register for these workshops soon.

Last, as your staff and board come together in the fall to look at the year ahead as well as three to five years ahead, you may find issues which ESC could help you address. For 34 years and counting, our generous underwriters and our 150 strong consultants have made ESC a trusted nonprofit resource for leadership support and practical, affordable consulting to nonprofits. We look forward to hearing from you whether your concerns are large or small.

Have a wonderful rest of your summer. I hope you are finding ways to beat the heat!

Best wishes,
