TCCE Annual Conference Highlights

Once again, a successful TCCE Annual Conference has come and gone leaving each of its attendees, speakers, exhibitors and volunteers with memories to last of the wonderful, educational time spent in El Paso, Texas. Additionally, we would like to send a heartfelt congratulations to the Rockwall Chamber of Commerce for winning the 2021 TCCE Annual Conference Host Site.

Hosted by the El Paso Chamber and in partnership with TCCE, June 17 - June 20 provided chamber professionals from across the state of Texas an opportunity to feel, taste and experience wonderful El Paso, Texas! The annual conference welcomed colleagues and top-quality speakers to an amazing opportunity to network, attend educational sessions and take an in-depth look into issues related to leadership, workforce development, membership and a review of how Texas communities faired following the 86th Texas Legislature.

From enjoying the warm summer night cheering on the El Paso Chihuahuas, to a fulfilling Excellence Awards Dinner on the final night, this year's TCCE Annual Conference did not disappoint! Our Opening Session provided by El Paso legend, Rosa Guerrero provided a look into the history and diverse culture of the region. A community that outdates the United States, Rosa gave attendees a look into traditions that have carried El Paso to the modern age. Tuesday's educational sessions were followed by a beautifully done Dia De Los Muertos Street Festival, where attendees had the opportunity to eat, drink and shop from local El Paso vendors.
