Staff Evaluations are Due by August 31, 2022, for All Staff Hired Before June 1, 2022
September Compensation Changes
Any compensation changes effective September 1, 2022, must have been documented and approved through the 2022 Evaluation within the My Ministry Game Plan. Please note:
- Salary increases approved through evaluations completed after 8/31 will not be processed.
- Only 1% - 7% increases will be granted through the evaluation.

Increases above 7% must be approved via a PAF submitted with the full salary dollar amount by October 15th.
- No retro-pay will be given for this additional increase.
PAFs approved for September changes should ONLY be submitted for the following:
- Changes from Hourly to Salary or Salary to Hourly
- Salary Decrease
- Status Change
- Supervisor Change
- Title Changes
- Vehicle Allowance Change
