You May Be Eligible for the Maryland Child Care Scholarship (CSS) program!
The Maryland Child Care Scholarship (CCS) program helps eligible families in Maryland pay for high-quality childcare and early education programs. If eligible, Scholarships are available for:
- a child who is younger than 13, or
- an individual 13-19 years old who has a qualifying disability.
Eligibility criteria include being:
- A Maryland resident who is working/employed, in an approved training program, or attending school. For two-parent households, both parents must meet all eligibility requirements.
- A recipient of Temporary Cash Assistance (TCA) or Supplemental Security Income (SSI), or within CCS income guidelines.

Complete the 2025 Regional Fair Housing Analysis | |

Every five years, state, local, and other grantees of the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) must analyze disparities in access to opportunities and quality housing. Grantees are required to analyze how their policies may contribute to disparities in access to housing and must develop action plans to further fair housing practices.

BRHP Has Started Phone Office Hours
Have you been trying to reach BRHP staff recently for help with a request to move, to report a change to your income or family composition, or for a status update on your RTA?
This month, BRHP began holding ‘Phone Office Hours’ on Wednesdays and Fridays with a dedicated team of staff answering your calls and hopefully resolving your issues. The schedule for February is listed below. We encourage you to call us at (667) 207-2101 on a Friday morning or Wednesday evening during the times listed below:

If you have a repayment agreement with BRHP that has been paused due to the Covid-19 pandemic, please remember that your payments must be resumed by March 1st, 2024.
