OPPORTUNITIES TO
GIVE BACK TO OJC
For the past two decades, Ronald and Gail Walerstein, along with their son Mark, have almost single-handedly enabled dozens of OJC children to receive a Jewish education.

Thanks to the Walersteins’ establishing—and annually replenishing—the Walerstein Education Fund, families (who otherwise would not be able to afford the cost of a supplementary Jewish education) receive the tuition assistance needed to provide their children a connection to community, along with the necessary foundation for Jewish identity.

We hope the Walersteins’ generosity will inspire you to support this effort to ensure our shared future. Please consider giving to the Walerstein Education Fund today - click below and select the Walerstein Education Fund.
We are so grateful for the prayers, gestures, and loving expressions of support that we each received during our recent bouts with COVID-19. We are well aware of our good fortune that our symptoms were mild and that we had the safety nets of family and community to give us the needed time to recover.

We thank our OJC family for the personal and professional support we received, and for the generous donations made to our discretionary funds. Your selflessness will allow us to help others who are struggling to meet the challenges of these times.

COMMUNITY
In commemoration of International Holocaust Remembrance Day, join Dr. Robert Williams, Deputy Director for International Affairs at the United States Holocaust Memorial Museum, for a discussion about how current conspiracy theories and tropes fuel antisemitism domestically and internationally, as well as how and why Holocaust education is one of many ways to combat it.
We can't predict the weather or pandemics- but no matter what, we can learn together- online, in person or both in our hybrid classes. From Israel's kings to Jewish Nobel Prize winners, from saviors of Israel to early Christianity through a Jewish lens- expand your Jewish horizons.

Registration deadline: January 26, classes begin February 2
