Private Photos: Did you close a listing, and the buyer is requesting the photos be removed from public websites? It's easier than ever to satisfy this request with the Private Photos feature!

Go to the photo editor on your listing, check as many photos as you want, and select "Mark Private." This removes the photos from all public website feeds while preserving them within the MLS database; this is an important benefit, as photos serve as valuable historical records and are often essential for appraisers.

Pets Allowed: This field is now mandatory for Rental listings and Condo and Mobile listings in the Residential class. Additionally, "See Remarks" has been added as an option to the "Pets Allowed" field.

Printing Best Practices: In Paragon Professional, you have 2 print options: Print and Print+. Print will print exactly what you see on the screen, and is often not the most presentable version of a report.

Print+ will let you select multiple reports to print together and print as a PDF, which provides a cleaner and more consistent print job. Note: These options are not applicable to Paragon Connect, which has only 1 print option.

Data Authorization Update: To make listing display settings easier to understand and more accurate, we're updating the Data Authorizations section.

• "Listing Entire Internet Display" will be renamed "Display VOW" with selection options of Yes or No for including your listing in VOW feeds. VOW are broker sites that allow clients to search listings and view data behind a login.
• A new field, "Display IDX," will be added with selection options of Yes, No, and Yes - Without Address. The addition of Yes - Without Address supports the removal of the "Internet Address Display" field.

These updates provide clearer choices and ensure you and your seller remain in control of where and how your listings appear online. These updates are scheduled for August 12, 2025.

In response to NAR's March announcement requiring MLSs to adopt the Delayed Marketing/Exempt Listing (DMEL) policy, the Board voted to set the delay to 0 days.



This means:

• There will be no functional change to how listings are handled.
• Exempt Listing Disclosures (signed by the seller and obtained by the listing broker) will be required and enforced, as is required by the policy. Similar to other forms, this form will be developed by the state associations.

PrimeMLS Rules have been updated in accordance with this policy, specifically section 1.3. Rules can be reviewed here and are also available on the PrimeMLS Helpdesk.

The first half of 2025 shows continued growth in market activity across the PrimeMLS region.

New listings increased 11.2% year-over-year, totaling 17,381 properties, while the median list price rose to $495,000, a 6.45% gain from 2024. Closed sales held steady with a slight increase of 1.9%, reaching 10,795 transactions, and the median sold price climbed 4.54% to $460,000. Average days on market rose to 38, up 22.5% from last year, signaling a slightly slower pace but overall healthy market conditions.
